[Flex] FW: Errors submitting in Fastlane

Sheila-

It's not much but we've been told it's a problem with their new COA table
causing full print and review errors and that Fastlane is working on it.

I'm having the same problem with one of my submissions and I have a call in
to a specific person at the helpdesk.  I'll get back to you w/the result.  I
really don't see an answer to your issue.  I really see it as an issue that
Fastlane must fix.

Dear Fastlane Experts! 

 

I just found out from Helen, that we have a group here at WHOI of Fastlane
very knowledgeable-expert people and she gave me your email address. J!

 

I hope you are well and hopefully may assist us with the issue at hand. We
recently submitted two new 5 year Cooperative Agreements through Fastlane
for the R/V Armstrong and for the R/V Atlantis. Subsequently we updated both
agreements. On Friday, Dave Stephens attempted to finalize these in Fastlane
and received an error. Again today, after the Program Director, Rose Dufour
said reviewers were removed (and therefore we should be able to complete the
submission) Dave received the same error. 

I have included the most recent email from Rose indicating that reviewers
were removed.

 

We'd all very much like to submit the updated agreements asap. Will you
please contact me or Dave Stephens directly if you have any insight? My only
guess at this point is that Fastlane needs to refresh and that refresh takes
time, possibly overnight?
