Hi everyone-
My older daughter is getting married in St Paul MN this coming weekend.
So...I won't be in the office Wednesday 12/6 through Monday 12/11.

If there is a technical issue like being unable to log into WHOIgrants 
or the email routines not running, please contact Sue Ferreira or Dave 
Stephens. They both how to restart the processes that sometimes clutch. 
In addition, Nanci Pacheco knows the drill as well, but it is best to 
contact Sue and Dave and let them contact Nanci if they need her support.

Also, all three of them know how to contact Rachel our programmer. And 
Rachel is aware of the schedule and is on stand-by in case of crises.

For how-do-i issues for users, please make sure the people in your 
department know that I am going to be out and to contact you directly.
