[Flex] Fwd: Fastlane Proposal Dates

Hi Flex-ers -

Sorry if this is old news, but Chem had been laboring under a 
misconception here.  FL Helpdesk says the dates can differ and it's all 
up to the Program Manager.  We did NOT inquire about the titles 
differing....

Hi - I just checked with the Fastlane help desk, and the start date on
collaborative proposals do not have to be the same for all the
collaborating institutions, so no need to be concerned with dates on the
cover sheets matching any longer (I guess this was never an issue). D-
