NSF and DC BRIEFING ON NOVEMBER 28

NSF rotators and Peter Hill (WHOI's Director of Government Relations)
will hold a briefing on Monday, November 28th at 10am in Clark 507.
The discussion will cover new funding opportunities, tips for proposal
writing, recent updates to OCE policies, forthcoming changes in the
January 2017 PAPPG, and developments in DC.  This briefing is open to
all members of the WHOI community.
