[Flex] Odd (sniggly) Fastlane item

Hi All -

I just wanted to call your attention to a sniggly little Fastlane quirk 
that Mary Schumacher encountered.  She sought help from the Fastlane 
Helpdesk to no avail.  It does NOT appear to be serious; I would just 
like to keep you from tearing your hair out.

Mary noticed that Fastlane was putting a "J" in for PIs' middle initials 
when it created budget pages.  The PI information page was correct; the 
"J" did not appear there, or in any place where the PI (or we) enter 
information.  Fortunately, nothing else seems incorrect, so we are just 
leaving it be.
