[Flex] testing times in GTF: Thursday 11 and 1:30

Hi everyone-
let's aim for Thursday morning 11am for an hour
and again Thursday afternoon 1:30pm for an hour.
I just need to have a large number of people all clicking on stuff at 
the same time to make sure the new server is happy.
So you might each be clicking on stuff on 2 computers or if we have 
enough people, we'll all take one.
We will be working against the test database, but it is current as of 
last Friday night, so you should be able to more easily find submissions 
and budgets to work in/on.

I'll reserve the GTF and please come! If you have another person in your 
dept who you think would be a good tester, please encourage them to join 
you!
