[Flex] REMINDER: February NSF Panel Deadline and Reminders

Good Afternoon Everyone!

As we all are aware the NSF panel deadline is fast approaching. Please see the attached memo as a reminder for important dates and details about the upcoming NSF February 15th deadline submission to GCS.

Proposals are due to GCS on or before Wednesday February 10th, 2016 which is today!

With changes to MTDC and new PAPPG guidelines, it is important to give GCS enough time to review.

The 5pm NSF deadline is being strictly enforced. We cannot guarantee submission on Tuesday February 16th if there are multiple proposals being submitted to GCS.  We need to be aware that NSF Fastlane may have slow server issues due to the high volume and the new strict 5pm deadline.

All COI forms need to be complete for 2015 prior to submission. We still have many outstanding COI's. Please check that all personnel listed on the proposal have submitted their 2015 COI form.
