[Flex] costshare on pasted submissions, etc etc

Hi everyone:
We have identified an issue when you paste a submission that has a 
costshare checkbox:
The Costshare checkbox on the Submission's Checkbox tab is coming over 
on the paste.
You will need to DELETE that checkbox before working on your version. It 
is also wise to delete the Costshare Line-Item rows off the subbudget, 
calc, and re-enter the line-item c/s and calc again.
Once you calc again, the new costshare checkbox will be created properly.

I have reported this to Rachel this morning along with the slowness of 
the doc manager to open. I think I know what the issue is there, but it 
requires Rachel to make some background changes before it will be fixed. 
I'll keep you updated on her progress.

I will be unavailable at the office today, but am working from home a
