Good Morning Folks,
G&G tackled the Collaborators & Other Affiliations Information a little
differently. We created an excel template for the new Collaborators &
Other Affiliations Information document (we've been referring to it
lovingly as the COAI) which lists each applicable section/relationship
category separately. We figured that by creating something in excel, we
could use it as a working document that the PI could update as needed
for new proposals. This also gives each COAI some continuity, which
could be helpful, especially when there is more than one PI on a
submission.
We loaded the information found on each PIs most recent CV so the PI
could update the excel sheet. When it came time to farm the COAIs out, I
created the attached email template and sent each PI their respective
COAI and asked them to update and return it to me by 1/25. So, far the
response has been good and they look pretty slick when they get
converted to .PDF. I've attached an example that was prepared for the
upcoming DEB pre-proposal.
I hope you find this information/approach helpful :-)
Happy Wednesday,
Eilean
