[Flex] MTDC dept user training dates

Hi everyone-
thank you for meeting today.
Here is the training schedule for making sure all proposal preparer APs 
are aware of the changes in WHOIgrants to accommodate MTDC.

Dec 2 or 4: GCS  (looking at MTDC and awards among other topics)

Monday, Dec 7:
          10am: PO (7), MPC (1), APO(1), IS(1)
             1pm: GG (5), MO (2 Bethany & Jenn),  OSS (Lisa S & Faith H)
Tuesday, Dec 8:
         10am: AOPE (12) (tentative)
           1pm: BIO (6), DEV (Hal), DOR (Vicke)

Missing:
     MCG (Talked to Mary Murphy. They are set for now.)
     Anyone else?
