[Flex] Meeting results

OK.
Thanks for your responses.
So we have some major players among the dept admins not available until 
the end of the week.

How about we have a FLEX gathering with those who are available earlier 
in the week to beat on the application
and then
a meeting with FLEX and the Dept Admins on Thursday the 12th or (gasp!) 
Friday the 13th - perhaps 10-ish? in the GTF?
that way, everyone gets at least one chance to test drive and help me 
make sure the code is robust,
and we still get a chance to strategize and plan.

I can also be in the GTF with anyone at other times to let you test 
drive the application if one of the 'better for most people' times 
doesn't work for someone.

FLEX-ers: Who could make Tuesday 10 am in GTF? (Mary S - we will think 
positive thoughts to your oral surgeon...) Dept Admins welcome if around 
and available. Goal: Create test proposal submission & Versions - with 
and without costshare/ fee/ cruises/etc - whatever mean and weird things 
you can think of - to make sure program handles all the different orders 
of clicking and different ways of entering data. First review of written 
user documentation for clarity.

Dept Admins & FLEX: Who could make Thursday or Friday at 10am in GTF?  
Goals: Review user documentation, strategize timeline for training and 
communicating with proposal preparers.

Let's see if these times give us some sort of critical mass.
