[Flex] document types

hi there-
training has been going well.
MCG is Friday afternoon if anyone wants to come in addition.

There have been some suggestions for document types to add for the 
submission level. Two have come up more than once:
       C&P Current & Pending for this submission
        CV  CV for this submission
G&G suggested these as they are currently using 'supplemental docs' 
which is more designed for the NSF supplemental docs type of documents 
or the various standard WHOI docs Development/Foundation proposals 
require  (990s, list of board of trustees, WHOI policies on you-name-it).

What do you all think?

My little handouts have changed every day this week as more things come 
up. I will post and email the link to the 'final as of Monday' 
documentation on Monday so everyone has the same document to refer to.
