[Flex] Document Management/Routing update

Hi FLEX-ers-
Dave & Vicke & I met with the Dept/Center Admins last week.

I am forwarding you the message that was sent out after the meeting with 
the proposed phased implementation strategy attached. We know this will 
be a big change for some people and therefore are doing the switch to 
electronic routing of documents and Green/Yellow Sheets in steps (phases).

I hope I will see all of you in the GTF at some point this week with 
your departments. If you think it would be helpful to meet as a 
committee to review this, that is fine by me! just pick a time from the 
available ones below and we'll make it happen!

Thank you for attending our discussion and planning session yesterday.

Attached please find the proposed phased implementation strategy for 
WHOIgrants new routing/approvals modules.

As I said yesterday, I strongly recommend you bring your departmental 
proposal preparers into the training room next week to preview the new 
workflows and procedures and to review document uploading in WHOIgrants.

Here is the schedule for next week with times that are available and 
those slots already spoken for.
Please contact Helen to arrange a time for your group if you have not 
yet done so.
