[Flex] Fastlane error message

      Attention: Some proposers are experiencing issues with incorrect
      warning messages when creating and submitting proposals in
      FastLane. Read on to learn more.

Some proposers are receiving incorrect warning messages when creating 
and submitting proposals in FastLane. The warning message states that 
the cover sheet 'requested amount' is not matching the 'total budget 
amount' even though it does. The warning specifically states: Requested 
Amount on the 'Remainder of the Cover Sheet' and the Total Amount of 
Request on the Budget Do Not Match. To correct this, please update the 
budget and the new requested amount will be reflected on the 'Remainder 
of the Cover Sheet.'

NSF is working to fix this issue and we appreciate your patience. In the 
meantime,*if you receive this warning and have checked to ensure the 
totals on your proposal match, please continue and submit your proposal. 
Warning messages do not prevent institutions from submitting proposals*.
