[Flex] Query - Response requested: When is a good time for maintenance?

Hi there-
Eric says we need some maintenance on the database server for WHOIgrants 
that will involve some hardware replacement and a technician service call.

When is a not-good time or
When is a good time in the next few days?

Please let Eric and me know if there are any drop-dead don't times 
before 31 December.
