Not sure if this is new as I have not really read through the GPG from 
2014.   I was going through the 2015 GPG and, in addition to the things 
you pointed out, I noticed these:

Results from Prior Support.  In cases where the PI or Co-PI has received 
_more than one award_ (excluding amendments) _they need only report on 
the one award most closely related to the proposal._

Unfunded Collaborations.  Any substantial collaboration with and 
individual not included in the budget _should be described in the 
Facilities, Equipment, and Other Resources section_ along with a letter 
of collaboration loaded in Supplementary Documentation.

Professional Preparation.  List individuals Undergrad, grad, and postdoc 
training (_including location_).

Biographical Sketch(es), section (c) Products.  It says "if only 
publications are included, the heading "Publications" may be used for 
this section."
