[Flex] Follow-up: Doc Mgt

Hi there-
thanks to those of you who came to our meeting today.

My notes:
We decided that each dept would have me install a link to the test 
system so you could 'play' and test the new features.

  * AOPE and PO, DoR, GCS, Dev are all set.
  * I need to come to put the link on a computer in the office for you
    to gather around and test in:
      o GG,
      o MCG,
      o BIO,
      o MP,
      o MO
  * I am attaching the Excel workbook that has the document types broken
    out by level where you find them. Remember: short descriptions, long
    descriptions, levels where you see a document are all flexible and
    controlled by us. Mark up the Excel with your ideas!!
  * We will have a follow-up meeting together in *Fenno *Conference on
    *Wednesday Sept. 17* at *1:30pm*.
  * *PO* wants to meet in the GTF to group test with their APs on
    *Thursday, 9/11 at 1:30pm*.
  * *AOPE* wants to meet in the GTF to group test with their APs on
    *Thursday, 9/18 at 10:00am.*

Anybody else?
