[Flex] Document Management update

Hi to Dept Admins, Center Admins, FLEX, & GCS-ers!

Our Alpha test of Electronic Documents is complete and we are preparing 
for Beta testing with all of you as well as starting the work WHOI needs 
to do about figuring out exactly which document types we want to have in 
the system and where we think each type should be attached (Submission, 
Version, Budget, etc)

We'll also need to think through the timeline for Beta testing, training 
and rolling out the new capabilities to all our users.

I would like to meet with everyone on Tuesday 9 September at a time that 
works best for the most number of people.
I'll suggest 11 am or 3 pm to start...

Depending on numbers, we can meet in the GTF or find a larger room to 
accomodate us.
