[Flex] notice for particular calls

Dear All,

I was looking up the calls for the 4 proposals submitted to FASTLANE thus far and the calls PD 98-1610 & 98-1620 had a notice concerning deadlines. I'm attaching a copy so that you all might be aware. While the notice has been out since 2007, I felt it was reasonable to remind all. That said, as the deadline is on a Saturday and Monday is a holiday, the due date is actually 2/18/14. Please feel free to share this with the PIs and anyone else you might think should see it.
