[Flex] New NSF GPG!

Hi All!

There is a new NSF GPG!  How exciting.

It is gpg14001 and will be effective for proposals submitted or due on 
or after February 24, 2014.  So, why don't we look to have a FLEX 
meeting in the new year.  I glanced at the "significant changes" and I 
don't see anything major.  The biggest thing I see is that Biosketches 
that include any material that is NOT specifically asked for */may 
result in the proposal being returned without review.
