[Flex] new requirement for ONR grants

Hi Folks,

Here is a link to a new form that must be completed when submitting grants (at least at present) to ONR in response to a funding opportunity - http://www.onr.navy.mil/Contracts-Grants/submit-proposal/grants-proposal.aspx

If you go to the bottom where it says "Representations of ..." and click on the link it will bring up the form (word). Complete it, save it as a PDF and attach it to block 18 of the SF424 (R&R).
