Ah yes! the "bite you in the butt report is garage on NSF end" problem.
Gretchen McManamin ran into this for a report that looked fine here and 
had garbled stuff for the program manager.
Problem existed even when she typed text into the boxes.
The solution was to use a different browser and to paste into notepad 
and then copy from there to paste into the boxes on the reporting screens.
