[Flex] has anyone had to call for technical assistance re: research.gov?

hi all:  I'm trying to load an Annual Report for Susan Humphris (just 
received approval of a NCE as of August 1) -- while there is now an 
*Annual Report* module showing (see attached) there is no active link.  
Barbara Ransom suggested we call the research.gov people so if anyone 
has a name/number I'd appreciate it -
