[Flex] Fwd: NSF Report System Change

Hi folks-

Didn't have anything to add on this earlier but as of today when I went to
fastlane to add reports for 3 different PIs I was redirected  to
research.gov and used the new uploading screens as promised in the alerts.

hi all:  just tried to upload an annual report into research.gov.  got past
a few screens and it dumped me back into Fastlane format -- certainly does
not match the printout on the research.gov instruction sheet -- has anyone
else had this occur??
