[Flex] February NSF deadline

Dear All,

 

I know that you are all aware of the upcoming NSF deadline and have
probably already begun to gear up for it. As you may know from previous
notices regarding mail service, Steve Senior will not be able to provide
the "courier service" as has been done in the past. However, for the
period February 4, 2013 through February 15, 2013, the "Urgent Shuttle"
will be re-instated. There will be 3 runs daily - 9:00, 12:30 & 2:30. I
have been asked to let all know that if you are involved in the proposal
process, you should use the Urgent Shuttle service for proposals. Any
proposals that miss the last shuttle run will be delivered the next
morning.
