[Flex] Report Submission on Research.Gov

Sue Ferreira picked up this piece of info during the Research.gov 
webinar.  I thought you would be interested:

During the webinar it was stated that reports are *not *to be submitted 
on Fastlane *after *January 31st, 2013.
There will be a time period of ~ 48 days during which submission of 
reports will be halted.

For all project reports that are currently scheduled to become /overdue 
/between January 31 and April 30, 2013, the overdue date will be 
automatically extended by Research.gov to assist with the transition.
