[Flex] Webinar/Report Submission on Research.Gov

HI Christine-
I have signed up for the webinar on the 16th and I encourage others to
do so.
After participating in the 1/16/13 webinar, if we feel WHOI needs an
additional webinar, I'm sure we can explore that option.
