Dear Flexers -

We in Chem started to wonder if only 1 Facilities statement was to be 
submitted by the lead for a collab proposal (just like a Postdoc 
Mentoring statement and Data Management statement).  But no - still 
individual Facilities statements as per Fastlane Helpdesk below.

Yes, each organization will still submit their facilities, Equipment, and Other Resources. The upcoming changes will only affect the form not the procedures regarding collaboration.
