[Flex] FASTLANE

Hi again,

 

For the brief moment I was able to be into FASTLANE; however, that
window closed and so I'm once again unable to process the proposals that
are due today. According to FASLANE, they are having difficulties with
the external portal and are not sure when it may be up and running. I
would like to suggest that anyone who has a proposal due, you may want
to contact a program person to see what options you have. I have been
given a ticket number - 1-65019841 and if in the next hour the system
doesn't come up I'm to call again to get an update on the status of the
portal.
