[Flex] August 15th NSF deadline

Dear All,

 

I know that you are all aware of the upcoming NSF deadline and have
probably already begun to gear up for it.

Once again, Steve Senior and his crew will be providing the courier
service for proposals from Monday, Aug. 8 - Monday Aug. 15.   The
process to get your proposals picked-up and delivered to GCS is the
following:

*	First contact John Brinckerhoff at x2411 or on his cell,
508-922-8801 for proposal courier service. 
*	If he doesn't respond within 15 minutes contact either Deb
Snurkowski, x2411 or on her cell, 508-962-6112 as a backup 
*	If neither can be reached, call Steve Senior at x2355 or on his
cell, 508-922-1906 

Steve has informed me that he will be on vacation the week of 8/6.
Between 8/13/12 and 8/17/12, Deb will be on vacation so Steve will be
John's backup. These are the only individuals who are involved in this
process. He has asked me to let you all know that requests made after
4:00 pm may need to be put off until first thing the following morning.
You can still use the "Urgent Shuttle" for proposals and that would be a
huge help to them. Just put a note on the red envelope that it contains
a proposal and they will make sure it gets hand delivered. Please try to
get your proposals delivered to GCS as soon as they are ready.  Having a
big pile of proposals delivered all together just makes our lives even
more stressful.  Finally, at this time, Larry Madin is expected to be
here throughout the time of the deadline but will be booked up on 8/10
so keep this in mind.
