[Flex] Fastlane Problems

Dear All,

I called the NSF availability line and apparently there is an issue with
FASTLANE. It's down and they don't know when it will be up. That said
any proposals due today will be due by COB tomorrow, 5/30/12.

Anyone having issues logging into to Fastlane?  We have a couple APs in
Blake who can't log in.  One of the APs is calling into to the help desk
at NSF.
