Judy Fenwick probably did a report today.  There are a couple more due.

 

The website seems fairly straightforward and there's a demo.

Looks like it's the PI Fastlane login that's required to upload the
reports. I'd wondered whether access was restricted to PIs only. GCS
users and dept admins with their own Fastlane logins would also be able
to login but it's not clear if they can actually edit reports or not.

 

There's a time limit for making changes.

We've been asked about the program outcomes report required by NSF.
Hopefully you're already aware of this, but it's a relatively-new
requirement. 

 

If you have PIs who received a new NSF grant, or an amendment to an
existing NSF grant, on or after January 2010, they are *required* to
submit a second final report for their award.  The Public Outcomes
Report is intended for public consumption with different requirements
and a different submission process than the final Fastlane technical
report. The report is listed separately from the Fastlane final
technical report on award notices.

 

The attached document provides some information about the report. In
addition, NSF's website lists FAQ's here:
