The rfp for the BP-funded research related to the Deepwater Horizon oil
spill is out. I will be reviewing the instructions to see if there's
anything that might trip us up with regard to submission. You may want

The long awaited RFP for the BP-funded research program on the Deepwater
Horizon oil spill was released on Monday. It is available at 
http://griresearchboard.org/rfp/RFP-I.html and is also posted on the
Director of Research Funding website and the DWH website. The initial
stage of the RFP call for proposal from consortia of academic partners,
with Gulf institutions as the leads. Letters of Intent are due May 9.
For more information on the RFP and plans of WHOI researchers, please
contact Judy McDowell, Rob Munier or me.
