[Flex] play proposal numbers?

Dear Flex-ers:

In order to more easily test C&P, you need to exclude all your 
'play'/'sandbox' submissions by setting their type to 'Test'.

If you would like me to 'bulk change' your submissions under your play 
proposal to 'Test', I can easily do so.

Please send the proposal numbers to me where all submissions are 'play' 
or 'sandbox'

If you have one that is mostly 'play', please let me know which 
submissions to leave alone and I will change the others for you.
