[Flex] C&P testing

Dear Flex-ers:
The C&P module is out there for you to learn to use and give some 
feedback. As usual, we are coding it first in your proposal preparation 
application. It is off the Version screen.
Once the tweaks are made, then we will get it converted to run off the 
web portal.

I would like to sit with you all and go over the screens and what you 
are seeing. Any date/time preferences?

Also: We have the submission type 'TEST' that you should be converting 
all play proposal submissions to. Submissions marked 'Test' will be 
ignored by C&P.
