[Flex] Questions about proposals to fund workshops only

Dear Flex Group:

I've got a good one:  I've got to submit a proposal through Fastlane to 
fund a workshop.  The solicitation says that it must be submitted via 
Fastlane in response to /another/ solicitation. I know the later 
requires a full proposal.  First, has anyone every submitted a proposal 
through Fastlane to fund just a workshop?  Second, does it require a 
full proposal (all the normal pieces of one).  Third, would you be 
willing to let Art and me look at your submission or at least parts of 
it so we can see what was required?  Fourth, has anyone had to respond 
to a different solicitation to submit there workshop proposal?
