[Flex] NSF table of contents

Good afternoon-
In the recent WHOIgrants User group meeting, it was discussed that the 
table of contents in an NSF proposal does not capture the pages in the 
supplemental documents when you print entire proposal. The only way you 
can get an accurate table of contents is to print this as a separate page.
This is something that should be addressed with the Fastlane help desk.
