[Flex] Post deadline meeting?

Hi Sheila,

I'd like to postpone.  I believe next week I'll be putting together an ooi
subcontract proposal that will take all of my time and more patience than I
have.

Your point is good - it would be good to have feedback from NSF before we meet.
