[Flex] Adobe Acrobat and Grants.gov

Having just sat through the latest quarterly update from grants.gov, I 
wanted to share with you the latest news on acrobat:

As long as all computers 'touching' the application have an 'acceptable' 
version of Acrobat, it is OK to have different versions of Acrobat 
working on the package.

So...If I have 8.1.7 and you have 9.2 we can supposedly not 'taint' the 
package by both working on it.

Very Exciting!

This is a change from when they started using PDF packages, and not all 
the people at the help desk at grants.gov know this is the case, so 
conflicting answers have been being given...
