[Flex] Reschedule "AGAIN" FLEX meeting to 10/20/09

Sorry for this mish-mash of rescheduling ... Most responses to my last 
request were that people could attend either 10/13 or 10/20.
So I am now rescheduling the FLEX meeting to Tuesday 10/20/09 at 10:10 
am in CIS conference room (Chris can you confirm?).
