[Flex] [Fwd: WHOI Standard C&P forms]

All Sponsored Research is included on the C&P...  That would include 
funds that Development helps to raise and foreign funds like KAUST.  The 
requirements for C&P in the NSF manual state that ALL support for the 
person must be listed.  We do not include things like Sr. Scientist 
Chairs because they do not necessarily have to be used as salary support 
or be spent within a specified time frame....
