There are a few questions lingering about the 'standard' format for the 
WHOI C&P that has been agreed on by the Department Administrators. These 
concern what types of support should be listed and in what detail.
I've discussed this with Claire,and Anita has checked on NSF 
requirements, so these are the answers:

    * Current awards must be listed for their entire amount and period,
      even if much of it has gone by. This is an NSF requirement.
    * Support listed should include WHOI internal competitive awards
      (Green, Mellon, Institute, etc.) and Education support, but not
      Sr. Scientist Chairs,  Institute Fellowships, administrative or
      task support, or bridge.
    * Proposal and project numbers column J of the form should not be
      included in C&Ps for external use. Simply hide this column before
      printing.
    * Breaking out the WHOI PI portion of a collaborative award in the
      Award Amount column is optional.
