FYI-

Regarding the current & pending format.  A question came up at the 
WHOIgrants training that AOPE attended last week.  The APs in my 
department use the WHOIgrants portal to search and run reports to update 
C&Ps.  The portal rolls up all proposals that were awarded under one 
grant number.  We generally only list the current proposal as we have 
frequent continuation proposals that in the past have had separate 
numbers as they were not in the original period of performance.  This is 
how we have always done our C&Ps, just listing the current "active" 
proposal, as some of the awards may have several proposals associated 
with them such as continuations and supplements and the length of the 
entire award could run upto 5 years in ONRs case or longer.  I was asked 
by Helen to bring this to the attention of Flex to get feedback on how 
we should be addressing this issue so that the C&Ps are formatted the 
same Institution wide.
