[Flex] WHOIgrants new user/remedial training

Dear Dept Admins:
We have reserved the GTF for the mornings of Nov. 27 & 28 (Tues & Wed 
after Thanksgiving) to provide basic training in WHOIgrants to new users 
and those in need of remedial training.
 From feedback we received after the last round of classes, we have 
split the 8 hours across 2 mornings rather than do it in one marathon 
session.

Please alert the users that you are sending as to the dates and please 
send me names of those you want trained.

I have copied the FLEX user list on this message to make sure the word 
gets out.
