[Flex] Agenda for FLEX Meeting Monday 8/27/07

Hi all:
We will be having a FLEX Meeting Monday 8/27/07 at 10:10am in CIS 
Conference Room.

Agenda (So far):
*A.  NSF Fastlane *
      1.  Prior NSF publications listed in Reference Section ... can or 
can't?
      2.  PI Information Page, what is correct information?
      3.  Collaborative Proposals:  Let's have some discussion of 
various experiences regarding submission timing.  
           According to NSF each collaborator can submit when ready --- 
without worry about what the other collaborator is doing
            ... as long as it is only a "reasonable" delay before all 
collaborators have submitted.  
           What is "reasonable"?   What problems have we had.
 
*C.  WHOIgrants*
      1.  Helen would like to talk about Cruise information.  Some 
refreshers on supplying correct info.
           Do we need study halls on cruises?
      2.  If Budget has people from another department ... what to do?
      3.  Can we eliminate extra pages in between landscape budgets?

Please feel free to bring up any other topics that would be relevant to 
our proposal preparations.
