[Flex] NSF getting WICKED picky

Dear All -

We just had 2 July props bounced back to us for correction.

It turns out that we can no longer tuck references from Results of Prior 
Support ONLY in our References sections (with asterisks, for example), 
as a way to save space.  These refs MUST appear under Results of Prior.

That's a little item they neglected to put in the Summary of Important 
Changes.

ALSO - they bounced one for not listing Advisers/Advisees on a 
Biosketch...but that has happened to us before.
