[Flex] DRAFT Notes from 5/15/07

So, is it really a recommendation that people stay out of WHOIgrants 
June 12-14? I was under the impression it was more a GCS staffing issue 
-- with Claire being away and the proposal being so large and 
complicated. The Arctic call for proposals has a due date of June 14... 
It shouldn't affect GCS in the critical timeframe since it's an internal 
call and proposals don't have to be reviewed by them prior to 
submission, but I'm sure it will affect WHOIgrant use.
