Hi Sheila,

No, I don't think we wrote up anything about it.  You are correct, you 
cannot force the Green sheet to match FastLane.   At this point, we are 
going back to the way that we used to do it - Green sheet will have the 
requested $$ from WHOI budget (not FastLane).  When the award comes from 
NSF with a few dollars more or less, we will adjust the WHOI budget 
accordingly.
