[Flex] FLEX Meeting Scheduled for 10/17/06

Hi MaryAnn - Thanks for explaining.  FYI - Jim Kent and Fritz Heide 
were/are in Communications not Development. And we can put Fritz's 
salary in Proposal Log - who needs the authorization from me?  I don't 
forsee anyone else in either Development or Communications being part of 
a proposal, but if they come up in the future, we can add those too.  
(FYI - this was Jim Kent's call in the past).
