proposal submission format which we have recently begun to deal with.
2.  CICOR rates/program development costs in Salary WorkUp.
3.  NOAA Budget Justifications.
4.  WHOIgrants update and continuing saga.
5.  Fastlane issues/questions from recent panels or general issues.


There are many points to be made in this meeting; we will need all the 
time scheduled to cover this agenda.  Please try to attend the whole 
meeting.
